Performance: The Soulway

The Soulway is a musical experiment uniting deep grooves and spatiotemporal exploration. Across this album, PCB weaves heavy basslines, laid-back keys, and soulful vocal melodies, allowing the music to flow seamlessly between funk-infused rhythms, spacey chillwave textures, and psych-pop shifts to guide listeners through an inventive, rhythmically immersive journey. From the swaggering bass drives and intricate harmonic layering of "Keep Moon Dont Stop" to the starry-eyed atmospheric realms of "Wa Wu Wa"; from the psych-pop grooves and impactful rhythm drops in "Don't Do ET" to the cinematic, wordless choral swells of the finale "The Wonkyer," PCB explores the stark contrast between heavy rhythmic stomps and ethereal, dreamlike soundscapes. Created to push the boundaries of sound, this record is an open invitation for every listener to nod along with the bass and keep moving through the groove and psychedelic atmosphere.
